Privacy fence for subdivision precast concrete?

Or other ideas ?
New neighborhood neighbors just built next door. I spend a lot of time outside and have a lot of windows. I hate they can see directly into my back yard.
Looking at building an 8 ft tall privacy fence but don’t want to go with wood. It shrinks and leaves gaps over time looks like shite. Brick is expensive. What are my other options?

I have cedar boards w/corrugated tin over to eliminate openings during dry periods. Tin is outside so I don’t see it.

Room for natural hedge? An 8ft fence that looks good is going to be expensive no matter how you slice it.

I just got a home with a concrete fence in the back and wood fencing on the sides. The concrete fence looks amazing compared to the rotting wood fences.
It looks very much like wood.

Proper wood fences don’t leave gaps. Also, plant shrubs. Try wax myrtle, or if you don’t mind trimming like crazy, just plant some green giant and you’ll have em blocked in no time.

Do cedar board on board fence, use metal post.

Vinyl fence looks great and can last forever (sans hurricanes) but you have to periodically pressure wash it to keep it clean and it's not cheap.

Tint your windows and piss naked in your backyard once or twice.
