Quartzite countertops -- what do y'all clean with??

I'm good with water to wipe up most spills but things like nastiness from raw chicken, etc ... I'd normally use Lysol or Fantastic or other anti bacterial spray. Loved my installers/place that I used but no one really answered this specific question for me.

Chicken/raw meat stuff is nasty.
