Already have a lot, looking for a turn key builder that handles everything. We already have basic drawings.
Lafourche parish area.

Ryan Dicharry in Thibodaux

Troyer built some houses in my hood. I am unimpressed with how his job sites are managed. Dirty, messy, not much care taken with inconvenience to the neighbors or surrounding area.

Contractors in the Lafourche/Terrebonne area are way over priced. Better to find one in the NOLA area that will work down here. It'll probably save you over 15-20% Get three bids from here and just one from ST. Charles Parrish and you'll be amazed at the difference.

I believe A plus is from Laplace. We are waiting to hear back from them.
Anyone else in the St Charles area you recommend?

Dunno if JR Kaiser works in Lafourche or not, but they're honest, thorough, and hire quality subs. No junk or corner cutting where you can't see it. LINK

Summit Homes and LandCraft Homes are two that I've heard good things about.

A Plus does some great work.

I would stay away from Ryan Dicharry. Had an insurance guy tell me he keeps them in business. Know several people with bad experiences, some significant and tied up in legal.
Ro-day built mine and I have 0 complaints. The old man Mr Sammy oversaw my home and still checks in with me on the reg 5 years later, I cant speak for his son who overseas most projects now. ARC contractors are building a neighbors house and I can say the owner is there 6-7 days a week watching over that project. He is a nice guy who walks over and keeps all neighbors informed of any pending early morning activity. Also keeps a clean job site.

They're ruining West St. Tammany Parish. They've built so many flood prone houses along LA 1077 at Goodbee it's not even funny. They some how bamboozled the buyers the land was high (it's not) and did not require flood insurance. I really don't see how they legally pulled this off. You would think the mortgage companies would say otherwise.
