Replacing Exterior Locks with Keypad Entry

We would like to replace front and back door entry with keypad locks. Looking for reccomendations. I looked on Amazon and it seems like 98% of the stuff on there has some weird name that I assuem is Chinese made.
We will need two different setups, I think. Front door currently only has a deadbolt lock and a long handle.
Backdoor currently has a deadbolt lock and a locking lever handle.
Don't want to insanely overspend, but I won't cheapen out on home security, either.
Thanks for any recs.

I just did this to my front and back door. The back door was mandatory due to the wife (no pics for you perverts) locking me out of the house after she walked the dog, and I never have a house key on me when I am in the backyard. I went with Schlage Front and Rear. My front door also has the long handle, back door a regular knob.
This is the model I went with:
Amazon Schlage Link
They programmed very easily, and joined my network without any issues. Just pick your color and then pick out entry handles to match. Schlage is also very easy to re-key. There are plenty of DIY videos on YouTube for installation, programming, and re-keying.
ETA: If you go with Schlage make sure it is the Encode series with the built in wifi. Otherwise you'll have to purchase a separate module to put the locks on your home network.

I also got the schlage but with a lever handle for the side door. it makes it so easy to open the door with your hands full.

I installed Yale (w August) on the last house. Went with Eufy on current home. I like the finger print entry vs typing in a code.
BestBuy Eufy
Eta: 27 months in with the Eufy and so far so good. Have charged the battery 2-3 times.

That is the handle I have on my back door, only in Oil Rubbed Bronze. Your right, it is really nice having a lever handle when bring food and stuff in, or out, of the house.

I installed 2 on our home when we built it, both qwikset . One with buttons and one with the slick touchpad. The one with the touchpad would eat batteries within a couple weeks even though it was our front door which has much less use. I wound up buying another with the buttons to match the rear. Both have been fine for 3 years.

This, then add in if you need any hub integration. We ended up with Schlage all controlled through my zwave alarm hub.

I have a lockly. It does good with the smooth keypad. Dog scrapes the rubber number off the other 2 I had on that door. Use them all the time. I don't know where the keys are for the doors.

I put Kwikset and they work great. Make sure you just put a deadbolt and change your handle set to passage. You don’t want to be able to lock the bottom or you will get locked out. I don’t carry a key. Batteries last a long time and will just start to getting slow unlocking so you will need to change.

That's how we use them. I haven't locked myself out yet. But I did mess up the rekey on my door so it is set to no key. I need to get the master key deal to make it see a key.

We did the schlage z wave. Works great, just swap the batteries yearly.
Bonus is I can lock/unlock and get status from my phone.

That fits a standard deadbolt yeah?
I may look into one of those for our front door.

They all do. Mine just replaced the deadbolt on front and back door. No key is nice.

My wife is worried about someone hacking the wifi and being able to unlock the door.
Is that a thing?

Yes it does, and it also fit my back door which has a full length window with internal mini blinds.

I'm sure if you searched nation wide you could find some thieves that are capable of doing that, and it would also apply to smart garage door openers. The units also work with a standard key, so what I do if we are leaving for an extended vacation is just disconnect the batteries, and I lock the garage door openers (my internal pads have a lock switch that disables the external keypad, the internal button, and the internet. Plus, the area I live in I seriously doubt we have many intelligent thieves.
