Spartan Mowers - pro’s and con’s?

Finally tired of fighting my old exmark. I’ve been saying one more year for the past 3 years. It’s done me well, but now it’s time to move on.
Anyone have any experiences with spartan mowers? Got a local dealer with a huge inventory I’m going to check out tomorrow and just wanted to know what I should look for.

They are just as nice as my Bad Boy. I went with Bad Boy because I could get the most HP for the least amount of money. The Bad Boy is also heavier which leads me to believe more solidly built.

I was just checking out a Bad Boy and was shocked at the weight of that thing. It seemed nice as hell, but it was over 1000 lbs. A similar Gravely is only around 600 lbs. I don’t necessarily view weight as much of a positive as you do.

For a homeowner but for a professional it matters. I've welded cracked frames on a few Gravely and Husqvarna ZT's. That extra steel helps with uneven yards and trailers.

Spartans are built like a tank.
I’ve never heard anyone speak poorly of them.

Exmark and Spartan are both owned by Toro.
I did not know that. You 100% sure?

I might be buying RZ-HD this week. I drove a spartan and drove a exmark, the spartan rode better, was more enjoyable to operate, has a Kawasaki engine, and cost a thousand less. The limited time on the market is the only reason I haven't already bought one, they seem solid for the price though.
