Suggestions to coat pool deck and patio area?

I have just under 1,000 square feet I need to coat. I see products like sundek and cool decking. I'm about to pour my pool deck and it will certainly be a different shade of concrete than my patio and porch. I also want something that will be cooler on the kids' feet than bare concrete. Does anyone have suggestions for a local company or product?

I am in the same boat. just got a quote from Sundek. mine was 1267 SF and the price was a little over 5k.
$5K???

Get you some Coolcrete from Home Depot and a few paint rollers. You can do it yourself in a day for less than 1/3 of that quote.

The pool builders charge around $5-6 sq ft so that may not be a bad price.

We have the coolcrete. Deck is textured and boy does the mildew love it. Power wash it twice a year. But it's cool on the feet.

I’m looking to replace our Cooldeck, you can never really keep it looking clean. All those pores love to trap in dirt particles and mildew.

Following.
Have a friend with stamped and stained concrete and he isn't a fan of that. Says it gets super slippery. My current quote is SunDek, and I'd read good things. It is fairly pricey and I have a good bit of concrete including a pavilion area.
