Tankless water heater tech?

Can anyone recommend someone to service a Takagi tankless gas water heater? Mine won’t turn on the burner. When I hit the hot water I can hear the unit clicking but never ignite.

Could be a bad igniter. I have a Rheem and replaced mine last year. Looks similar to a spark plug. Look up your model number and Google that model model igniter. It’s like a $14 part that would be worth trying first. Very simple install.
