Termite contracts in South Louisiana

We pay Terminix to come out for an inspection once a year. It's in the 350 range. Our homes bonds were first pulled in 1965 despite it being built in 1956. I suspect the bonds were pulled because of active termites at the time. Nothing is sprayed unless the inspection finds evidence of termites. Treatments will not cost extra with my plan. I have the Sentricon system through Arrow. They come out once a year and inspect/refill the sentricon for $300/year. This also includes insurance if I ever have termite damage.
