Thermador Freezer Column - Ice Maker Issues

I'm having issues with my Thermador Column Freezer making ice. It makes ice just very slowly - like one tray (12 cubes) a day. I've changed the filter and check to make sure there are no obvious blockages in the ice maker. Door seems to be shutting fine. Anyone deal with this before and have any suggestions?

Take everything out, Unplug for 12 hrs with door open. Wipe everything dry and replug.
