Any help

Cut each stem just above where the second set of leaves from the top sprouts off. Should end up taking about 1/3 of each stem off. Don’t sweat over it too much, as the plant will fill out where it wants to grow in the spring.

For multi-bloom roses like knockouts, prune twice a year, before Valentine’s Day, so now is a good time, and then again in early Fall, around Labor Day (late Aug/early Sept).
The late winter pruning (now), remove 1/3 to 1/2 the height of the stems, and as stated you cut right above a branch that has 5 leaflets, that faces outwards (away from the interior of the bush) or a dormant bud. Fall pruning, remove 1/3 from the top.
Begin fertilization in March with a complete landscape fertllizer (I use a Lesco 14-14-14 slow/delayed) release fertilizer) or a rose fertilizer.

Remove any canes that are growing toward the center of the plant. You want it to get good ventilation. I generally cut mine back twice a year starting no later than Feb. and than again right after summer. Each cutback is at least 1/3 or more of the plant.
I only have one rose bush and it is planted near the intersection of 2 walkways, so it grows enough to make negotiating the walkways a bit dicey with the growth and stickers.

All good suggestions. I would add that you need to make the cuts about 1/4" above a 5 leaf branch or a leaf bud and cut at a 45 degree angle. Also cut off dead canes.
