Gents

I have a bunch of wasps that enjoy being around my palms outside. I’ve taken out over 20 in the past two weeks with spray, but they seem to always return. I’ve laid out some traps similar to the fly traps with minimal success.

I cant find a main nest that is visible to the eye.. any tips?

The nests are on the undersides of dead palms. And they get huge. The only thing you can do is clear out the dead palms. Or better yet get rid of the palm tree and replace.

Demand CS

They wont come back for 90 days

I spray my exterior once in spring and refresh in summer and have zero wasp activity. It's the only thing I've found that they can't stand.

If your palm is booted, they could be living behind the boots.

Are they aggressive?

When you say you spray your exterior, are you referring to your entire backyard, or just the palms

eradicate and then hang some puffed up paper bags around the place. Ever since I started doing that near my grills and smokers I haven't gotten a wasp or dirt dauber nest anywhere near them.
