I need to lay some in the backyard(50-60sqft). A pallet would be way too much.

Where are you?
Lowes or HD have them sometimes.

What kind? The Lowes by me usually has St Aug. If you’re in BR the last place on the left on Airline before Antioch has different types by the piece. I can’t remember the name.

I did not know Lowe’s do that. I’m looking for a shady area so that would be st aug or zoysia, right?

If in the N.O. area, give Jefferson Feed on Jefferson Hwy. and Central Ave. a call. They do sell it and I would think you could buy small amounts as needed.
They are easier to deal with than the big box stores in my opinion.
