Flaujae can't leave early, she has 2 years remaining. Wnba's requirements--bachelor's degree and be 22 years old. Her 22nd birthday not until Nov 2026.

#18 ranked McDowell visiting next week, if she wants to commit, I think Coach Kim will take her in a heartbeat. She is 6'2" wing and a good scorer and defender. Not many WBB players 6'2" and taller.

I’m not sure why she would leave. Wouldn’t need money and her record label is right down the road. I see her staying unless she’s not really into school.

Sorry I didn't clarify enough. What I meant was there's not that many 5-star recruits who are 6'2" or taller. Below are the total number of 6'2" or taller 5-star recruits since Kim arrived at LSU in 2021:

2021 6
2022 10
2023 7
2024 9
2025 9
2026 5
Total: 46 in 6 years from 2021-2026

Per the WNBA: “The league requires domestic draft entrants to be at least 22 years old during the year in which the draft takes place and to have no remaining college eligibility or to renounce any future college eligibility.”

She was born in November 2003, so she turns 21 this November. That means technically she would turn 22 “during the year in which the draft takes place.” I have no clue about her academics but it’s possible she could graduate early. I don’t think she will, I’m just saying if she’s in a position academically, she could.

Being a college athlete helps her rap career because she is one of them in that market and college kids relate to her. When she enters the WNBA she will lose some of that forum.

Ayla McDowell (five star) 6’2 wing and Grace Mcbugua (6’5 center) will be at LSU this weekend for official visits.

It remains to be seen how hard they push for McDowell vs waiting on Zakiyah for her services given they both play the same position

Anyone know any new info on Olivia Vukosa, 6'4" F/C, ranked #2 class of 2026? She recently included LSU in her top 16. Does she have a scheduled visit with LSU in the near future? She looks really good on film.

Yes, next week for Grace Knox, and she just moved up in 2025 Espn rankings from #8 to #6. Divine dropped from #5 to #11. LSU just did in-home visit with Bella Hines, and she moved up in Espn rankings from #32 to #29.

Has anyone noticed Kate Harping shot up the 2026 rankings from #18 to #2? What caused that monster of a move? Don't recall in recent years any recruit move up that much.

Sorry got it mixed up from On3 announcing in-home was next week. So they had in-home visit on Sunday with Bella Hines, and in-home visit on Monday with Grace Knox.
Then we will have 2 visitors at LSU this coming weekend (#18 Ayla McDowell and Grace Mbugua). Hard to keep up with everyone. Kim and staff are very busy.

Per Matthew Brune at On3 it’s believed to be down to Texas & LSU for Knox. She has a strong desire to leave the west coast. Looks like it will be an all out battle with the LongHorns for Chavez & Knox. LSU will have to F$GHT.

All I’m gonna say is Texas depth chart is much deeper and with Morrow leaving after this season she would contribute and play Major minutes day 1

Can’t lose Knox to Texas IMO

This is surprising..................albeit good.................news. I thought there's no way USC or UCLA would let Knox get ouf of California.

5 Star Ayla McDowell (6'2 W) out of Texas and 6'5 Forward Grace Mbugua are on campus for this weekend

The only other official visit left is Chavez. Her recruitment and how it plays out is gonna be interesting as her dad is pushing/asking for a crazy amount of money for her services. Its caused a lot of backlash w/ Texas, LSU, Tech Tech when the going price for her is in the 7 digits with reluctancy from all sides not wanting to raise the price tag. For a non revenue producing sport (unlike football), it remains to be seen who exactly is willing to give out that kind of money unless a booster from any one of these schools steps up.

Tech offered the Softball pitcher transfer Candy a deal over a million dollars. It'll be interesting to see if they will have a booster pony up for Chavez with a headcoach on the brink of getting fired and whose career probably rests on landing Chavez

Texas has the boosters to match but are they willing to throw all that money on one player.
