I'm never one to say a guy is underrated when they sign with us. But looking at how decorated he is, it's honestly shocking he rated a 3 star. At the very least he should be a 4 star and ranked in the top ten in his state.

He might get PT as a freshman with our depth chart. I like his film a lot. Seems like one of those kids from LA/MS that went largely unnoticed/unheralded but turns out to be a really good player. Tough and athletic, good frame.
ETA:
Needs to put on 20 lbs though. I think they can get 10-15 on him before next season. Doubtful he's in a very good S&C program at his school.

Maybe in the mold of Cordale Flott. Both 3 stars with similar size. Flott managed to hold off higher ranked CBs for the starting spot.
