Jerit Roser does a great job with that.

Joe Sloan will have a tough decision to make here. We're taking Underwood in 2025 and are after some people in 2026 but with BU on board it feels unlikely we'll hit back to back. 2027 would be our next class to get a QB, and we have two great ones in Louisiana. We are pursuing both, but I hear more about Elijah Haven being around campus. But will he outgrow the position?

Agree. We'll have our own Juju vs Bryce type battle instate. Polish or potential?

Peyton has worked hard, my issue is how big is this kid going to be? On3 has his at 6'0........and that's a stretch.

Hudson, the WR from Ruston is already 6'5" 180 lbs as a freshman! That is a very nice starting canvas to create from. You can't teach that. Don't have to worry about him hitting a growth spurt and not being comfortable with his size. Is there a 40 time on him Cap?

I'm originally from Cecilia and follow CHS football . Braylon Callais is the next coming of Malik Nabors. Makes difficult catches and has the speed to break from defenders. Gets lots of YAC. His only weakness is route running, which is coachable.

Bigger than that now, he's put on good weight

Update, just saw Hudson, much bigger. I guessed 6'7, he said they just measured, 6'8 233

Didn't his dad play basketball at LSU?
Posted on 8/6/24 at 6:25 pm to mpwilging
Yes, I could actually see him doing both. Rare as it is, he's a candidate

It's actually 3 in-state QBs Malachi Zeigler from Benton, LA. He will get bigger offers he is one to watch also.

Is LSU not recruiting Elijah Haven or is leaning to going out of state?
I don’t see LSU on any of his predictions.
Kid is a special athlete and would do amazing things at LSU behind the future o-line.

Sloan has been by Dunham to visit him a few times.

I think Malicah has the strongest arm out of any of the 27 kids, he can absolutely sling it. Pretty quick release but needs to work on accuracy and touch.

Its the NIL era and you never know how things play out but Peyton Houston's dad Shuan, was really influential in Devin Whites football career and kinda mentored him at North Webster when he was there. Im sure that relationship and his success helps gives us a little edge in his sons recruitment.
