How do you see the history of ranking on on3? I know where to get on 247 but cant seem to find it at on3.

You can't. I just write them down & check them every week or so

From watching his film, he looks like he runs really well for a TE and is a more than willing blocker. I can certainly see him in the mold of Mason Taylor who was rated relatively close coming out of HS.

BK is an expert when it comes to OL and TEs. Notice how we have the best OL and one of the best TE rooms in the country only in year 3.

Damien Shanklin, Devin Harper, JT Lindsey, JD LaFleur + Jhase Thomas all got solid Industry Ratings bumps too.
Especially Thomas, he bumped up a BUNCH.

Wondering why USCe didn't pursue him harder?

One weird thing with on3's industry rankings right now (and I say this even though I try not to get too caught up in this stuff)....
They have 400 guys rated as 4 stars or higher. But #401 who is rated as a 3 star (Aidan Anding, oddly enough) has the same rating as 4 guys who are rated 4 stars.... make that make sense.

I posted when he committed:

Quick feet, soft hands, mean mean streak, loves to block!, seems really fast for a TE. Might end up as a large WR, either way, he's a keeper...

Not sure how it works but as with most numbers in recruiting it's likely an arbitrary cutoff at 400. Like Scout used to cut 4*s at 300. Never been a fan of predetermined numbers to determine a kids star rating. Particularly the 5 stars. Creates a situation where definitively all 5* aren't equal. Not all years have exactly 32 5* . I would argue that most years don't have that many at all. Same with 4 *s. They fluctuate yearly if giving a star ranking on merit not predetermined positioning.
