2 Future Tigers:
NO. 9 TREY'DEZ GREEN, TE (LSU COMMIT)
Trey'Dez Green
Brian Kelly loves his tight ends and the word coming out of Baton Rouge is that Trey'Dez Green could be the next great one for Kelly. Green has NBA size at 6-foot-7, 240-pounds and he has plenty of opportunities to play hoops at the next level as he reports basketball offers from over a half dozen mid-majors.
Given his ability to protect the paint and flush dunks in transition, Green usually spends most of his time away from football running up and down the court, and oftentimes on the AAU circuit. That has turned him into a bit of a yeti for football scouts, but he has terrific junior tape and if he sticks on the gridiron, he has absolute NFL potential.
No. 18 Jelani Watkins, WR (LSU commit)
Speed. Speed. Speed. That's the calling card for Jelani Watkins, who is ranked No. 29 overall in the MileSplit 50 and also planning to run track at LSU. He has won back-to-back Texas UIL 6A titles in the 200-meter dash and placed second in the event at a loaded New Balance Nationals Outdoor meet in June.
Watkins doesn't have any third-party verified 40-yard dash times on file, but it's safe to assume that he could eventually post one of the top times at the NFL Scouting Combine if he gets invited once things wrap up in Baton Rouge. After all, his time of 20.54 seconds (-0.6) in the 200-meter dash is a hundredth of a second faster than what Kalon Barnes ran in high school — 20.55 (2.8) — and the former Baylor defensive back ranks second all-time with a blazing 4.23-second time in the 40-yard dash at the combine.
As an 11th grader, Watkins caught 37 passes for 612 yards and six touchdowns at Klein (Texas) Forest.

Biggest surprise to me is that 4 out of the top 5 are white dudes. A real lunch pail list.

I tell you what, Tackett Curtis and Whit Weeks are both honkeys that will end up 2 of best linebackers in nation. I read Tackett has been best player in camp for USC

You think white Boys can’t play, lol. CMC is best running back, Kupp has been one of best wide outs, the Bosa brothers are pretty tremendous, Kelce is best tight end.l
WHAT IS WRONG WITH THIS ALL WHITE 3TE set. Secondary is weak and receiver along with secondary is ultra thin, but with the Bosa’s, Crosby, Hutchinson, Watt, that line is tremendous and good luck stopping them 3 tight ends with CMC and Josh Allen
QB-Allen
RB-CMC
TE1- Kelce
TE2-Kittle
WR2/Hybrid-Mark Andrews
WR-Kupp
C-Jason Kelce
OG-Chris Lindstrom
OG-Zack Martin
OT-Kolton Miller
OT-Lane Johnson
DT-Luke Van Ness
DL-Aiden Hutchinson
DE-Nick Bosa
DE-Maxx Crosby
Edge-TJ Watt
OLB-Joey Bosa
LB-Matt Millano
LB-Josey Jewell
CB-Riley Moss, first white corner in 20 yrs
CB-Cooper Dejean white corner from Iowa, top 2024 DP
SS-Reed Blakenship
FS-Harrison Smith
