What are we watching for on early signing day? 12/19

Do we expect any flippers from current commits? I know O said he expects to sign all 19 commits.
What prospects on our radar are deciding on early signing day? I know Sopsher is waiting until February, but what about Dean, Lee and other guys on our radar? Thanks and I will edit with answers so we can keep this in a single thread.

I’m hoping to flip one of the strong side defensive ends from their commits. These would include Handy, Young, Stripling, Moore, or Pickering. That, and where Ika decides to go, are my two biggest interests.

What's not set in stone about Starks? The dude straight up said he was signing in February so his brother could attend. Is the staff trying to talk him out of this?
