Come back on August 20 and ask again. There's no telling in April.

No catcher will be a strategy.

We're in the midst of a season where we're a legit Omaha and national title contender. With the transfer portal and NIL deals to keep guys this is literally impossible and useless to do at this stage.

There will be transfer. there will be sophmore, there will be freshmen.

Evans, Rizy and Schmidt will all get looks as starters.

Curiel and Brown are in the OF, Larson will get a look.

Arrambide and likely a transfer at catcher.

Our freshmen class has like 5 very highly ranked infielders so you gotta see who makes it to school.

Haha this is one of the more ignorant posts I have ever seen on this site and shows that you have no idea how the draft works.

You need to stop posting and delete your account. You are embarrassingly bad at this.

He had 28 HRs last year so yes his HR were better

His batting average is better this year only because he's hit against North Dakota St and North Alabama. His SEC average is not good

Between last year and this year he's struck out 131 times in 392 plate appearances. So a 1/3 of the time he strikes out. Will he get drafted? Probably so. Will he make it past Double A? Probably not. Minor league pitching is better than SEC pitching

Trust me i know how it works. This is his leverage year i get that. Why didn't he get drafted last year after 28 HR's? He strikes out way too much that's why he didn't get drafted.

Will someone take a chance oh him thinking they can cut down on his strikeouts? Probably so..

Yes. Won’t be as high as he could have gone last year if he had agreed on a number. I believe we probably got calls in rounds 3-4 a year ago. Think he’ll be picked somewhere between 5-8 this year.
