Boutte intially was planning to stay for his SR year. If he stays does the offense take off like it did? Or does it resemble more like last years offense? Does Nabers have the year he had? Also does Thomas and or Lacy transfer out during the offseason? Maybe Daniels struggles last year was locking in on Boutte too much because he was the preseason best WR in the country. I also think they absolutely blew a chance at getting Keon Coleman out of the transfer portal for fear of losing Lacy to the portal. That move alone could’ve been the difference in one win this season in Oxford.

I completely forgot about him but I would bet the offense is way better without him. Don’t need that poor attitude weighing it down

Nabers had a solid year in 2022. The emergence of Thomas as a 1-2 punch really made this offense click.

Based on how things trended, I think Boutte was just getting passed up last year. Fans didn’t really see it because we had lofty expectations.

I don't know why anyone with a brain would waste any time wondering how/if our offense could have been better this year.

The offense was better off without having to force it to Boutte

They're like to bullets shooting out the barrel of a pistol on a hot summer night on Bourbon St, New Orleans.

Is something in the water today?

This is the second or third thread claiming that Keon Coleman would have been the difference vs Ole Miss.

What are people smoking that has them thinking offense was the problem??
