Brian Kelly’s sports agent, Trace Armstrong, was also Les Miles’ agent.

He is also Lincoln Riley’s agent. Interesting that the media picked Kelly & Riley as the top two HC LSU was looking to hire after they fired Coach O. Does Armstrong have some sort of ties to LSU that we don’t know about? Just curious why LSU would hire another coach who uses the same agent of a coach they fired?

I know there’s always politics involved in sports, but just seems strange to me. Maybe it’s just a coincidence.

Miles hired Armstrong after he was fired from LSU. George Bass Was Miles’ agent while he was at LSU
