No clue why or where he’s going. Chief branding officer for Tiger athletics. Seems like a potential big loss. I think we’ve been superior in this area.

Hopefully this means his Stewie Griffin TD account is coming back to the soccer board.

Agreed that it could be a pretty big loss. Interested to see what he’s leaving to go do

. He’s BR and LSU through and through and helped a lot of the marketing for the 2019 season . Wish he was here forever but maybe that’s just my nostalgia from all the Joey B content during the natty run

He had to have gotten a pretty huge job offer to leave. Seems like he was in a job he loved, with a lot of creative and administrative freedom, at a place he loved, and I'm sure he was getting paid handsomely. Can't imagine it would be for anything remotely lateral. Must have been an offer he literally could't refuse. Unless there's some family thing where his wife wanted to get closer to her family or something. (I don't even know if he's married or where she may be from--just speculating).

He was editor for a main publication when I was in school. Was it TigerRag or something else? I’m pretty sure it was TigerRag

Eta: looked it up, it was TigerRag. I wonder what he’s leaving for…. Maybe he’s just advancing his career and $$, nothing wrong with that

Don’t know him personally, but from what I do know I’d guess he’ll represent LSU well wherever he goes and could end up back here at some point in larger role

Good thing you didn’t quote his entire post where he said that

And I admitted as such. Just speculating based on the admittedly very little information I have. Not sure why you think that deserved an , but whatever. If you know so much, by all means, enlighten us.

This is easily said and much harder to be done.

Cody has a true passion for this university and state while also being a very talented professional.

Those 2019 hype videos you all jizz over. They were built off of Cody’s script. His influence and leadership is why LSU is the social media power that it is today.

He will most certainly not be easily replaced.

Is Wokesham really going to the left coast? Fitting. Worked out for Will Stout I guess. 1 year at USC then goto work for Bregman

Based on previous tweets of his I’ve read, he’d made a fine contributor at BuzzFeed or HuffPost.

Not really

2019 was memorable because the team.

The social media thing was taking off even before Cody. There’s plenty of articles about the team
