Should be LSU at 6 and Tenner at 7. LSU is 3rd in the SEC. Tenner is 4th.

Everybody has their complaints. Arkansas fans are probably pissed at Baseball America for having them at #7 and the 4th ranked SEC team behind LSU and Tennessee when Arkansas has a better RPI, SOS, and record than both of them.

I don’t disagree and understand why. I’m just saying the resumes are viewed differently from outside sources. Basically if the season ended today the top 4 teams rpi wise would not be the 4 teams selected for top 8 imo.

RPI isn’t a perfect measure since the calculation is 75% made up by opponents strength rather than your own teams strength of record. It plays a factor in the committees rankings but Georgia is a bubble top 8 seed at best right now.
Were 25-2 at home, if we can just win our home series against Tennessee and Arkansas that would solidify us as a top 8 seed as long as we split the A&M and USC series

They have an incredibly easy schedule the rest of this season, basically going to steal a national bid after playing a bunch of South Carolinas at best to close out the year.
Their remaining schedule is Oregon 4x, Hawaii 4x, Iowa 3x, Long Beach St 3x, Portland 2x and Gonzaga.
