Baseball stadiums don't have all-field tarps.
A wet tarp that big would be virtually un-moveable by humans.
Plus the storage issue. Where would they put that thing?

Nobody has a tarp that covers the entire baseball field. Too heavy to even get into place, much less remove after the rain has passed.
