Does LSU and most teams fly commercial or private to go to and from games.

For coaches, admin, and smaller teams, LSU contracts with Acadian Ambulance for use of its jets. For football, they charter larger planes.

Its a mix of Spirit and standby. They all get there eventually.

For bowls and neutral site kick off games football charters a United Airlines 767. For most other away games they charter a United 737.
LSU basketball and baseball usually charter an Elite Airways CRJ for away games.
