They try to act like she was going to WNBa or portal. They lose money going to WNBa if their NIL deals don’t stick.
If the NBa ever cuts them they will close shop. They have never made a dime in 17 or 18years. It’s a tax write off for the NBa Teams who sponsor them.

Players make more money in the WNBA. Players don't lose their nil deals when they go to WNBA. They just become endorsements. That's not my opinion its a fact and I have receipts to back up what I'm saying. Players get the NIL deals not the school

Top player have the majority of their money coming from direct deals with national companies/brands that would stay with them if they go to the WNBA. They money they lose would be from local companies and collectives with are tied in with the player being at LSU. Johnson has both and I'm sure the majority of her money is coming from brands that would stay with her, ie her shoe deal. I'm sure she has a good amount of money coming from G, Cane's and other. The decision is if that money can be replaced
