I don't believe I have personally attacked anyone in this thread. My posts have repeatedly called for posters to await the full investigation before reaching conclusions about LSU's culpability.
I have no intention of attacking you. I am just curious about your connection to the tennis player and her family. You have repeatedly said that you have nonpublic information. You are obviously very emotional about defending the tennis player and her parents. To me, that suggests you have a personal relationship with them of some sort. And if you do, it is at least a factor I would have to consider in determining how objective you are being. That's all. I'm not trying to doxx anyone.

It’s Really simple here. The girl was in a toxic relationship
The tennis coaches knew, and are now lying about knowing.
From everything I heard from conversations from those who knew her parents, people in the athletic dept knew as well. I don’t know names. For all we hate Segar, I was told nothing was filed until she was notified
For a long time, I thought her dads stories were grief stricken and no way LSU coaches weren’t doing anything about it behind the scenes. Now, with the Sells coming out and saying “we didn’t know”, it’s damning
I have stayed in this thread because I have no earthly idea why LSU fans want to lost pictures of her hiking, pictures of her at a casino, and come up with roundabout ways about why the victim, her father, and whomever else is to blame for this cluster frick that LSU is in

What do politics have to do with the verifiable actions of Drake and Jade Lewis? Evidently, Jade Lewis has been trying to get some answers and resolutions to this problem since 2017.
For the tennis player this is 100% personal not at all political. Higher up the ladder, yes, there is a political issue. But these are two separate events.

Who runs academia? Liberals. Who was notified in this case --LSU Coach & Liberal Administration. If you look at recent arrest with Antifa & BLM (90% have Sexual assault / Rape / Or some kind of Sexual Offenders Records). So I think that is why it is no big deal to them. Birds of a feather.
These frickers have our kids straight out of High School. And this is how they handle this.
My daughter is not going to LSU because of this. We decided this last year. There needs to be a come to Jesus at the P&G halls. With a bunch of issues. Like letting the inmates run LSU.
If not some SMU shite could be landing on the door of Death Valley. And these so call leaders who will run to the next scandal in Another Wasp Nest of Liberalism at a safe space at another College job.
These frickers have our kids straight out of High School. And this is how they handle this.

Agreed. This is my stance as well. If coaches and admins violated rules, then by all means they should be punished, fired, whatever. I'm not defending anyone.
But adults have to take responsibility for their actions. If they gave Drake Davis the fricking electric chair, I wouldn't care.
But mistakes were made by all involved, including the victim, and mistakes have consequences.
Reporting Title IX violations is not some magic bullet that would've made all this better. Nothing would've changed. Davis violated a restraining order to go beat her arse. You think title IX would've stopped him?
Looks like the girl was still following and liking his social media posts as recently as yesterday before she got called out on it here and other places, and stopped.
You can talk all you want about battered woman syndrome, but I think that is completely sexist and removes agency from women and excuses all bad behavior and poor decision making.

the coaches know when something is wrong with a player, it is obvious. they got info from other teammates and her and did nothing about it. they are cooked
the dad was in NZ, his daughter is an adult 7,700 miles away, he did what he could
