Another requirement should be installed by the NCAA before each athletic event. Since for the most part these institutions are public financed the total payroll of the athletes should be part of the starting stats. Including NIL and other direct payments to the athletes. Yesterday’s scores clearly points to a greater divide between the Power 5 and the have nots. Some games years ago which would be competitive are not anymore. College game is no more.

As stupid as it is, NIL are paid out through private negotiations, funds, and contracts.

I'm sure you have statistical evidence of this right?

Players get paid, take online classes, free agency every offseason, there’s an 12 team playoff, and big games are rarely played in college stadiums anymore.

If I wanted to watch the NFL, I’ll just watch the NFL and enjoy better talent and coaching.

Well, that's kind of what they want to show. You're asking for evidence while he's asking for evidence to support his hypothesis.

You don't need NIL numbers to know whether there were more blowouts than normal

NIL isn’t the university so how would they disclose that?

I don't ever recall the Furmans and the Chatanoogas being competitive against the Ole Misses and the Tennessees

The scores yesterday were pretty eye-opening. There were a lot of very high numbers to literally zero. I know these games have not been historically competitive ,but yesterday was pretty eye-opening. You may be right. If so I'm glad to be on the side that's receiving the talent and not losing it. Would be rough to be a fan of a small school that is now just a feeder program.
