In 2024 LSU opens the season with the USC Trojans in Las Vegas. What a fun road trip for LSU fans.
Also play UCLA at home that year.
2025 opening the season at Clemson
I love scheduling a big name out of conference!

Do we expect the SEC schedule to change with OU/UT in 2025 or 2026?
Currently, in 2025 we have away games at Clemson, Alabama, & Georgia.

2025 SEC schedules will be different than what exists today.

What happened to Texas rematch in Baton Rouge? Texas has Alabama in Austin this year with expectations of a rematch in Tuscaloosa but may happen anyway with new SEC schedule. Texas will now be forced to play road games to SEC opponents; somehow they have always managed to avoid.

Would love to go to Vegas for USC game.

The infuriating thing about the LSU scheduling 'braintrust' is the continuing trend of 1. neutral site games 2. the initial/first game of ALL home and home agreements is ALWAYS AWAY, when thing get 'messy' LSU seems to lose out on the return games !

Right. Agree with you on being out-negotiated on the “home and home”
The neutral site matchup with USC in Vegas though to me would be a once in a lifetime game and tons of fun. They did good on this one in particular.
I’m not overly excited about FSU in New Orleans and Orlando.
I’m sure that one might be more about recruiting. Games would be way better however in Baton Rouge and Tallahassee. I went to an FSU-Miami game there. Great college town.

The future out of conference schedule is old news. Where have you been?

We really, really owe both USC and the sissy blue shirts.

Texas goes to Tuscaloosa next season but they'll try to duck it

Many of these are going to be scrapped due to conference expansion. Unfortunately, there are clauses in the contracts that cancel the games if conference alignments change.
2024 will remain, but I am concerned we will lose the Clemson game.
