I was thinking the same bc of the placement of the LSU logo, just thought it weird to not see them anywhere else online yet!

If done correctly a gold jersey could look great in the uniform combo. But the the margin of error is huge. They have tried it a couple of times and haven’t quite hit it right. There is a pic somewhere of billy cannon in a gold classic LSU shoulder stripes style jersey. Don’t know if it was ever worn in a game. Looks like it was done in a photo shoot in TS. But it is real and not photo shopped. Does anyone know if they ever wore gold before the Notre Dame independence bowl game thst they did in 1997?

I'm in the minority....................but I like when we change it up for out of conference games.
White helmet, Gold jersey, and white pants. Cleats and gloves incorporating the yellow from the jersey would be a cool look.
For every SEC game and Bowl / Playoff games we need to wear the traditional look.

I’m on board with this take too. Outside of the Whiteout unis which are an all-time look for me (even though our record in them isn’t great). I was always disappointed when we’d wear a weirdo uni combo in conference.

1996 in Tiger Stadium against Vanderbilt. Back then LSU had to ask the visiting team for permission to wear white at home and everyone said yeah but vandy who was salty about LSU taking DiNardo.

With it being 100 years, I would assume equipment has a special uniform for one game. There seem to be a lot of events in place for the Ole Miss game to celebrate.
Would be cool to see a take on the throwbacks worn in 2018. Maybe change the jersey number style to match the helmets. Nothing dramatic, but subtle enough.
