I just rewatched the 2nd half of the 2022 SEC Championship game

And I have have determined that Nuss is elite. He will win a Heisman in the next 2 years. And LSU will make the playoff.
On a serious note, watching it on tv tape instead of cell phone practice footage, you can really see the arm talent. He made some seriously impressive plays in which he was able to escape the pocket, keep his eyes downfield, and make a great throw.

See this is what’s wrong with the board..
Guy has barely played here and we’re already deeming him to win a heisman. Can’t we just hope he is a solid qb and give us a shot at making the playoffs and not expect him to win a fricking heisman?

I’m not sure how familiar you are with me as a poster, but I am far from a sunshine pumper. I thought starting the second part off with “on a serious note” would differentiate the two, but I guess not. I put a disclaimer on it next time

As for the video, one of the things that impressed me the most about Tyrann was his ability to scoop and score. It seems like a lot of defensive players have trouble getting the ball off the turf after a fumble, but he always seemed to do it without even breaking stride.
On another note, it changed Nuss to abuse the first time I typed it in this thread. Here’s hoping it’s a little foreshadowing for what he’s going to do vs defenses this season.
