I am concerned about our hitting of course, but not worried about Cowan and Evans. I know those guys will compete.

What’s the over / under on how many innings before we score a run? 5 innings as usual?

I think if we can get 4 or 5 runs I like our chances. Cowan has a sub 2 ERA and Evans is sub 1 ERA. If you can get +5 runs we have a great shot.

Winning a series against Tennessee is huge for tiebreaker too since H2H record is the first tiebreaker in the SEC and we’ll essentially be tied for 2nd place with Arkansas where they still have to play Texas LSU and Tennessee

Russell can maybe give them 1 time through the order. The way we are swinging that will be 3 IP 9 up 9 down

Only pitched 5.2 innings this year and 14 IP last year. Looks like he's a strikeout pitcher. Got to get to him early and get in their bullpen. Gotta believe he's on a pitch count today maybe 50 pitches max
