Won’t we regret taking a chance on an unproven OC?

Our offense is definitely taking a step back. But our offense will be good enough to win almost any game if we have even a remotely decent defense.

I’m not worried about offense at all.

My big fear was a .500 record next year with Jayden gone and our defense as is…

I breathed a big sigh of relief watching the “meaningless” bowl game. Gave me confidence in what Nuss and the offense can do. And cleaning house on defense is also promising. Not sure we can make the playoff, but I’m optimistic nonetheless. We’re still headed in the right direction even if next year takes a step back

The offense will certainly take a step back

It would be a miracle if it didn’t

I’m mean I doubt we have the #1 offense in the country again next year. So it almost can’t help but take a step back.

Doesn’t mean it won’t be really good.

Oh my gosh. Having a Joe Burrow or Rohan Davey offense would be sooooooo horrible.

Quitters.

stop it
No other OC is going to improve what we have. We will average 35+ points next year. No other OC is going to get us over that. It is the defense that has to get our average points given up under 24.

Whoever the OC is will be calling plays out of the BK playbook with BK in his ear the whole time. Somehow I think experience will not be the biggest factor in the hire.

The offense IMO will be very good. Probably right behind Burrow and Daniels.
We have extremely capable WRs, more experienced and very talented TEs, More talented/explosive running backs and a more experienced OL.
Quarterback has less game experience but he has shown to be steady under pressure and can make all the throws. The two throws that he made to Thomas and Hilton must send chills to our opponents.
Wait until Hilton and Lacey are getting most of the Reps with Nuss.
Awesome Babee!
