Kind of feels that way.

Day game after a late finish with the rain delay.

Wholestaff approach favors him vs travinski.

Has Travinski caught 3 games in a ‘weekend’ all season?

Let’s say it is, who comes out the lineup? Is it Beloso? I’m not sure you can play him at 1st and push Jobert or Pearson out right now.

I might be tempted to keep the same lineup and get Milazzo in later.

Good question.

Belleso, Jobert, Pearson, and Travinski all hit HRs yesterday. I don’t see how you can take any of them out to start Milazzo. I could maybe see him being a late sub if we are up a few runs.

As long as Travinsky is DH.

If they start a lefty, I could see the logic in letting AM catch with Travinski DHing.

It is difficult to catch both games in a double header, and probably even more so when you are as big as Travinski is.
Letting him DH the first game may not be a bad idea, and then you have a lefty pinch hitter with power on the bench in game 1.

I would not be against using Kling in RF if OSU pitches a lefty. I think OSU is going to load up with their 3 lefties against us, today...

Great question. Jay favors the best offensive lineup, but also lsu has a game to play with and you certainly want your best offense in game 7 which would be high probability of a high scoring game.

My guess is Pearson comes out of lineup for first game.

Beloso has been hitting well too though. I think Milazzo needs some time to give travinski a break though.

Why didn’t CJJ sub Milazzo for Travinski last night in the ninth? That seemed like an obvious defensive move, like Nippolt for Dugas.

I think this is a situation where Travinski sucks it up and stays back there.

Pearson, Jobert, Beloso and Travinski have to be in the lineup right now. So I really don't think you're going to take Travinski out of Catching. If they did take him out then I think Pearson is the one that comes out of the lineup and I don't like that.

He didn’t want to lose Travinski’s bat if they went into extras.

I was asking the same question.

Deciding who to take out of the lineup is the tough part, if you have to pull one i guess its pearson.

Has Milazzo played since the game where he seemed to hurt his knee running to 1st? I can't remember if that was vs UGA or in the SECT.

Remember Trav had an off day Saturday so it's not a typical weekend of 3 games in 3 days. I think he plays

This and the kid is 22. He recovers pretty well

Hell that mustache alone gives you 9 extra innings

I think the lineup stays the same but if they play Milazzo I think they DH Travinski, put Beloso at first and Tre in left.

I'd leave Beloso in too but they do have the option to put Jones at 1st. OSU has 3 LHP available today so it might be a good time to get Jones in. Though Beloso has been pretty good vs LHP lately

Tough call. Travinski is getting ABs for sure. Pearson would likely come out, but he sure was seeing the ball well yesterday. Beloso has been so clutch that it would be hard to see Jay pulling him.

With the possibility of 2 games, Travinski catches one of them. Makes me think Jay keeps same lineup for the first one.
