The players have the green light to try and bunt for a hit. You could see Jay frustrated after the play.

Correct. And a few more inches left and he’s safe. Not a horrible attempt just have to execute better.

2 out green light for bunts needs to go away. Unless they’re in some kind of crazy shift giving it away

If they have the green light, that's on him. If we lose tonight, we most likely lose the series.

Disagree. The way Tenn was playing all it takes is a good bunt to get it done. The percentage is higher than Curiel’s BA that it falls.

Couple more inches Tennessee is up by 5 or 6 from the balls they have rocked off the wall.
Putting down the perfect bunt is incredibly hard to do

He needs to make the 2 out bunt illegal, whether he called it or not.

I love bunting more than most, but where are you getting this stat from?

If it worked we'd all be happy. It hasn't twice now. We have to get our bats going.

Phillips is a good athlete so I’m not sure bunting on him is the way to go.

It didn’t even have to be perfect just slightly more to the third base side. It’s not that hard lol

Honestly, just a guess. I’m not saying everyone should bunt. But if the situation calls for it and based on the way the defense is playing and you have good speed, it can be a higher percentage. In that situation the way the defense played it, I believe it was a higher percentage than .360 or whatever Curiel is batting.

It was an incredibly stupid fricking decision.
