I get it but frick it let him swing away. We aren’t good enough to execute anything right now. Id take the chance of running into a ball for a base hit than executing a bunt. Jay is thinking way to much and it shows.

A hit and run where you can’t go first to 3rd followed by a a sac bunt that can’t get the runner to 3rd.

Jay has zero confidence in his team driving in runs from 2nd, so he has to bunt with one out. LSU should never have to bunt with one out, ever.

People keep saying this. We literally got a break on a 2 strike bunt yesterday where Tennessee made an error and we couldn't make them pay for it. Last week vandy tried to steal a base when we weren't paying attention. Milam tagged the guy and they overturned it and called him out and it was very questionable

Agreed on the sac bunt but what are they supposed to do on the hit and run? Ask milam to hit it softer? Just bad luck there

It's says a lot about Coaches confidence in hitting abilities when you bunt in that situation. With the attempted pickoff moves to second even Tennessee knew it was coming. We now have a reputation offensively to overcome in conference.
