Why? A player may not you running around with a jersey with his name on the back.

Looks like a lot of the parents/girlfriends/family have dhgate jerseys. The actual jerseys the players get have their last names on a patch sewn into a special jersey Nike only makes for the team.
dhgate will have jerseys with individually sewn letters. Buy from dhgate and you'll get it in time for football season.

Every one I've seen is missing the names of key players. I wouldn't waste my money on those. It's insulting to the missing players. I did see one on Facebook with every team member's names shaped like a skyline. It was just okay.
