Was listening to a Mina Kimes interview with Brett Kollman. Brett was saying he had AD Mitchell ranked ahead of BTJ because of AD’s ability to handle press corners. He flat out said that LSU receivers don’t do well against the press , used the FSU game as an example. To you believe this to be true?

BTJ against FSU 7 rec 142 yards receiving

And this is with LSU hardly having the ball in the second half because the defense couldn't get off of the field.

LSU's offense look disjointed against FSU and was crappy compared to how the O performed the rest of the season. Still, those two had 13 catches for 200+ yards and a TD combined. LSU's D was terrible in the 2nd half though, so LSU never had a chance after half.

Those two WRs are good against anyone and anything. Nabors torched Bama for 171 yards on 10 catches.

Good thing Brett isn’t an NFL GM.

We’re talking about the 4th WR drafted compared to the 11th.

I don’t think Brett is giving BTJ enough newbie credence. He hasn’t had tons of game reps relative to his production; he’s beaten press as proof of concept but will continue to sharpen that skill as long as it’s a relevant obstacle in the NFL.
