Keeps this horrid offense in every game due to an excellent bullpen and starting rotation

It’s true. So far, pitching has not been the problem

Yeskie sucks. Four pitchers are saving his arse. He can’t teach kids with good stuff how to throw.

Pitching is the furthest thing from the problem. Yea these two relievers are struggling with command a bit, but they've held tennessee to 2 runs.

our relief pitching is garbage outside of the 2 good relievers.

Yes, our starting pitching has been great this series.

A bit? They struggle with control every game. The walks by any reliever not named Cowan or Evans is ridiculous

Agreed. After those four you have guys that can’t get a batter to swing at a close pitch because they can’t throw it close to the zone.

I agree the pen isn’t deep. But I’d argue pitching hasnt cost them more games than offense

Someone should tell the baseball coaches around the country that a few online posters think Yeskie sucks so they'll stop hiring him

Yes, you can teach them how to pitch. You can’t teach throwing 98 or having a high spin rate.

yeah....he has really gotten our bullpen up to par outside of Evans and Cowan. We don't have a single other relief pitcher that we can rely on. Most are going to walk or hit batters. We don't have a chance in hell for a deep run without at least 1 to 2 additional bullpen pitchers step up. We just don't have the bats to overcome our bullpen. They have had the bases loaded 3 innings in a row now.

A bit? this has been the story every single game they have entered. LSU has 4 pitchers and and covey of throwers that have no idea what they are doing. And JJ keeps inserting them in close game. Just amazing.

It's very easy to tell which ones of you actually watch other college baseball teams or not.

Having 4 or 5 good pitchers and a bunch of unreliable guys is very common in this transfer portal era.

That hit by pitch has ZERO to do with Yeskie. He can throw a strike - once in a while. Johnson trying to save Evans is the issue.
