It’s funny you mention that. Hawthorne: “I don’t believe it. I do not believe it!” I cannot hear Jack Hunt’s name and not think about Hawthorne’s call of the Bluegrass Miracle. It pisses me off that LSU scrubbed that from the call. To me, him saying Jack Hunt just adds to the moment.

Landry could not guard anyone. He got burned a few times. Great player at the line of scrimmage. Great in the flat. Great on blitz’s, but no cover skills. Jamal and Reid are 1/2 and then Delpit. Landry is close to Delpit, then everyone else. Stelz played a solid deep center field. Couldn’t play man or blitz. Jalen was serviceable. Played great in coverage, but everything else was average.

How are guys putting Mills over Chad Jones. For some reason, this board doesn’t give Jones his due. I can think of at least 5 game changing big plays Jones made during his career off the top of my head.
