It's called taking off the glasses and seeing that this is an awful arse team currently that if they win 4 combined the next 3 weekends will be a miracle. But yes please respond and tell me "I don't watch much college baseball"

Holy overreaction lol. This is the perfect example of someone who believes the world revolves around LSU and no one else has any issues. Tell me how it’d be a miracle to get 4 wins out of

Tennessee (the team that just lost back to back weekends against non ranked teams at home)

A&M (the team who is 8-10 in conference)

Arkansas (the team who also just lost a home weekend series)

We have lower ERAs than all of these teams In conference play and higher batting averages than all but Arkansas. It would absolutely not take a miracle to win 4 games.

NSU s mid week bull pen is better than ours. We have greater potential maybe with what we have but they threw strikes and mixed pitches well to an LSU lineup that once had what I thought was the best offense in college baseball. Tip of the hat to the NSU coaches and players they came to win. We seemed to be experimenting with our lineup some and were embarrassed. Jay we better keep the experimenting part at practice and give some respect to all teams or be prepared to be humbled.

How about the Auburn series? Is that indicative of anything?

How about the Oklahoma series why is Auburn indicative but not OU or Bama?

All Auburn is “indicative” of is we played poorly, the offense struggled, Anderson had a bad start this is baseball not football

It’s indicative because of how we are playing NOW! It matters how you are playing on the backend . When we lose the series this weekend it will be the same tone from the ostriches.

We went 3-1 the week after Auburn

When we lose the series this weekend it

Interesting how LSU losing a series 3-0 2 weeks ago on the road is “indicative” but Tennessee losing a series 2-1 at home last weekend isn’t “indicative” of anything.

the same tone from the ostriches.

The same tone is from all the football fans that can’t grasp baseball is different. In 2023 we lost back to back series 2-1 to Auburn and Miss St in May. These were series 8 and 9 of 10 SEC series. We won the games Skenes started then lost the next 2. Game 3 against State the bullpen completely melted down. After going 2-1 vs UGA to close the season we went 1-2 in the SEC Tournament, losing Skenes start. Guess what the tone was around here then. What was that “indicative” of?

U act like we looked great vs bama . If not for 1 inning Friday night we easily lose that series as well. Bless ur heart if u think this team is sniffing Omaha .

kade got the shelled pretty bad vs bama, so his struggles have continued

Curiel hit into a few double plays but seems to have gotten out of his mini-funk with the HR last night

this team needs Jones and Milam to pick it up in the worst way. The team will go as they go.

Offensively, the RISP/lack of timely hitting is what it is.

And we struggled until late in game 1 and barely got out of game 2. Listen I want LSU to win just as bad as everyone else but the reality right Now is that we have 4 good pitchers (2 starters and 2 relievers) that leaves no room for error , and the bats are not doing their part. Can that change? Sure it can, but if we are being honest this team does not look championship caliber. It is what it is, but there is no need for anyone to get ruffled when people state the obvious.

Tell us you don’t understand the difference between baseball and football without telling us.
Also Friday we scored 2 in the 3rd and 2 in the 4th to go up 4-1, we gave up 1 in the 7th and 1 in the 9th so which 1 inning was it?

I never understand why people get off on running their own team down, especially a pretty good one. Maybe you are just a troll bot but I know people with this mentality irl.

I know I’m pushing a boulder uphill but this is the football mentality in a nutshell.
