This horse, Far Bridge is wearing an LSU bib. Says it races out of LSU Stables. What is that?

I was googling it and surprisingly can’t find much. I see no association to the school, yet when they showed Far Bridge’s logo on the telecast, it was the trademarked “LSU” logo

Far Bridge just won the Belmont Stakes. Owner Sarf seems like a very humble guy. They are heading to Saratogo next week.

Just hears that lsu stables has no affilitaion with the university. Larry Starf is the owner, hence the first twoinitials. No idea what the u is for. But was just stated they have nothing to do with the university. Except the colors and letters. Could be a copywright issue
