Since we're all over the place these days, why not Pearson at 3B, Jones at 1B, Frey at RF

Or how about start Braswell at 3rd since he's your best player.

Why not the guy batting .324 in SEC games play 3rd, because he’s our best defensive 3rd baseman too (Braswell), and the guy batting .302 in sec games, and who is our best RF defensive player too (Brown) and just keep Bear at first.

And.. alternate Frey and Pearson at DH depending on if it’s a right or lefty.

It’s not that complicated!!!

Frey’s too slow for outfield.

I don't understand why you would want to downgrade both offensively and defensively at a position...

I mentioned the exact same lineup in another thread without the benefit of numbers and just using the eye test.

We have fans, often the loudest ones, giving opinions yet they don't even know what hand Pearson throws with. Nevermind the fact that he played some games at second base last season.

How about stop f'ing around with the lineup. If Johnson still has doubts about his lineups this late in the season that is concerning . He needs to run Yeskie the frick out of town

…do you have an issue with me asking this question?

Note I did not start this thread and am not arguing for or against Pearson playing any position.

Also, which set of opinions are one entitled or not entitled to based on knowing which of our players bat lefty and throw righty? Can I have an opinion on pitching, or do I first need to know Pearson throws right handed?

What is hurting us at bat is we have Jared, Milam, and Josh/Ethan typically stuffed in the middle of the lineup and they're all slumping.

Hopefully, the slumps will end soon and they'll all get it together and we will live happily ever after or the next season whichever comes first.

Personally, I would have had Braswell at 3B since day 1 and he wouldn't have come out of the lineup since...

BUT

this thread is an exploratory thread since apparently we're still exploring.

Keep discussing....

No, the issue is not with you specifically. But not knowing something as common as which players throw left/right handed kind of discredits opinions, don't you think?

We also have fans who give opinions on the pitching is as good as advertised then flip flopping the opinion to the pitching staff is not as good as first thought. That would be you goofball.
