Small, but Big thing I noticed after Major Burns personal foul

Kelly went over and was talking to him after and gave him some seemingly positive feedback and tapping his helmet to confirm he understood he was sorry and keeping it positive all the time just isn't working.
Kelly needs to get more serious with these guys and demand these kinds of things just can't happen or we will be a middle of the pack team in the SEC.
Look I don't like a crazy SOB every time something goes sideways but after seeing all of our penalties, I just feel the players don't respect remembering they are on a team and none of the small mistakes are acceptable if we want to be Elite.

Kelly needs to spend all week laying into his team and staff. They had the game won and showed no killer instinct to close it out. The time for positivity talks is over.

Saban got results when he berated guys so somewhere in the middle might be something Kelly needs to think about based on what I’m seeing the last 3 years.

Let them. They are paid professionals now and they better learn to act like it. If you don't do your job we're going to cut your arse just like they do in the NFL.

I'd flat out make a rule... there will be no celebrating until the game is over. you out here getting a celebration penalty after the first score of a LOSS... what the hell are you celebrating?
have some discipline and celebrate after the Job is done....
they gotta learn how to be mean... they are just soft.

Take a helmet off in game? You’re gonna wear that helmet 24/7 until the next game. If it comes off for 1/2 second, your butt is benched for 3 games.

Amen. What happened to the day when players made Selfish mistakes like those 2 boneheads, you sat your arse on the bench for a long period of time? Apparently no consequences for this type of stupidity is acceptable these days.
