What needs to be explained is why the Tennessee coach was able to approach the pitcher for the 2nd time in that inning and no change of pitchers was required. He crossed the 3rd base line which I think is the line you can't cross unless you want to count it as "a visit". For some reason, the umpired sent him back to the dugout. That is not the umpire's job to keep a coach from making a mistake of multiple trips in the same inning to visit the same pitcher. That pitcher should have been removed from the game...period!
