Great video. Great kid and LSU's all time leader in TE catches and yards.

Nice video

My first thoughts after watching it: did Jason Taylor quit his job as an analyst for Miami, so he could catch the rest of Mason's career? It seems like he would, watching him talk about missing that Bama game.

I know his draft stock will be high, but I wouldn't be shocked if Mason decides to stay if he feels LSU can be a contender in 2025. He doesn't need the money and he has the kind of family that might tell him don't miss out on the chance to experience something great in college.

The same can be said about Nuss. Both families are set financially so, get them an NIL deal and let's ride.

Man who cut the onions when Jason said his biggest regret was not being there at the Alabama game. There is love in that family.

Just based on his contribution and his consistency all 3 years he’s been at LSU, He will probably go down as one of my top 5 all time favorite LSU players.

I was coming to make this same comment. That was pretty special.

Currently has 99 catches for 999 yards, which is pretty remarkable in itself

Seems like a great father. Says a lot to be that torn about missing the bama game. Gotta be an amazing experience to watch your child do great things

three.

How are they going to be a contender in 2025? 4 of 5 o linemen are gone. Your top 3 maybe 4 receivers are off to the nfl. You lose guys like swinson and saivion Jones. Perkins and penn are probably gone. Your starting safeties are probably gone. Zy Alexander might go.

Jason has always been a class act. High character guy who's qualities are rubbing off on his son.

There are no guarantees that you are going to get new starters that can play as FR like Campbell and Jones, but the staff really like what will be 2025 sophs Tyree Adams, Calloway, Weston Davis and Coen Echols. Receivers Aaron Anderson, Parker and Zavion Thomas probably all return. We add 5 star FR Derek Meadows. Billiot may break out and at this rate Hilton will definitely return and maybe finally healthy.

Defensively Womack is back, Reliford looks like a future star and there are 4 more Soph and FR players that can rotate. Does Guillory get a medical RS and return? His draft stock won't be high. 5 star McKinley with experience and Breaux adds muscle. Suggs is showing positive signs as well.

LB, Whit, Keys, Atkins, Singleton, Ross and Moses (not a bad group) if they learn quick.

DB I think is addition by subtraction. Burns and Sage gone. Spears with experience, Woodland, Stamps, Toviano, Allen, Gilbert and Pickett if he sticks is CB 1, day one starter.

If Nuss returns Underwood likely gets packages to showcase his talent. If not, Underwood is good enough to come in and be a day one dynamic QB like Trevor Lawrence and Berry can be an X factor on offense.

Outside of OL, our younger players are more talented than our vets. They just lack the experience. Of course there is no guarantee on potential, but I like our youngsters.
