The rest is a crap shoot.

Your point? He's not available.

Ah yes, this years white whale, the mythical magic arm we need that’s almost back from injury

Crap shoot might be a word too generous

My point is that he was going to be a top 5 guy on the staff. That's all.

Seen this before. A couple arms will emerge down the stretch

Not from this staff. It is what it is.

Noot and Rizy were fine.
Benge needs to get the Rezyleman pitch calling playbook. I want like 10 FBs for every 1 breaking ball

I’d say Rizy was average, while he has ridiculous potential he also has no command.

Outside of those 4 this might be the worst staff in school history?

Why do people always believe the bullshite we hear each year about how deep and talented our pitching is? Every. Freaking. Year. This team won’t make it out of a regional.

Your delusional. They will absolutely win a regional
We have an even better chance to win a Super because we have 2 starting pitching studs.
Omaha will be tough though outside of Cowan and Evans in bullpen

Do you know that or are you assuming that?

Based on what?
He struggled with command much like all the other portal pitchers we got outside of Eyanson and Cowan. It's almost like all the pitchers we got who struggle with command continue to struggle with command here. Why would Sheerin be any different? Yeskie hasnt fixed any of them.
The guy we're missing is Guidry, he pitched at an elite level last fall and finished last season not giving up an ER in his last 10 appearances. Thats the guy that makes you feel better about this pen if he's available.

That's probably what we'll see him do in critical moments. In the meantime, in meaningless mid-week games, he needs to work on his breaking ball to get to the next level.
Right now, we have a bullpen where we have two elite guys. Some schools don't have anybody as good as our top two. This is good.
Then we have the guys that are good, but not consistent enough to be considered elite. Rizy, Noot, Ware, Schmidt, Williams, Benge, and Primeaux. Usually, by the end of the year, the light goes on for one or two of these guys, and they come through in the post-season. It happened for Anderson and Christian Little last year (pre-injury for Little). All of those guys are capable of stepping up.
IF that happens, that gives CJJ the freedom to look at using Cowan as a starter...

I thought that was Guidry... you know, the guy that JJ has been lying to everyone about.
