My hotel is a mile a way with easy walking distance. I could tailgate there. The Killers are in town as well as 21 Pilots.
Just seeing what you guys have lined up

I'd suggest a camel instead of walking

Prepare for furnace like heat.

When I went to a Raiders game there appeared to be a really big parking area around the stadium where people had tailgates set up. But surprisingly a lot of it was empty. Don’t know how this will work for a college game.

I don't think outside of the stadium in a parking lot will be an option for a lot of LSU fans. Most are flying in for the game, I think Mandalay Bay or the Luxor will be spots for the LSU for this game. Luxor being the closest to the stadium and Mandalay being the team hotel.
LSU alumni association will have their tailgate as per the usual and I would assume LSU Sports Radio Network will be set up out there along with 104.5. I would assume that's where you could easily find your fellow tiger fans with out having to search the strip.

Wherever you are in Vegas. Ubers are everywhere.
Biggest thinf would be organizing a soot with fans at mandalay, luxor, excalibur, or new york.

Look for something at the hotel. It's going to be insanely hot so while you wait-hydrate dude.

I’m tailgating at the bunny ranch

Stay inside at the hotel/casino til gameday
Cab/uber to stadium on gameday
Immediately head inside
You will NOT want to be outside for more than 5 minutes during the day in Las Vegas on September 1st EVER

Yep the heat will dictate a mad dash from Uber 30 mins after doors open. If you’ve not experienced that heat you’ll never forget it….

Unless it is in the cluster of Hiltons or Marriott on the stadium side of I15, I would just take an Uber. If you are on the other side of I15 the walk might say a mile but it will suck.
Also it will be balls hot.

Do a bar at Mandalay Bay and then do the Stadium Walk over

I dont understand all these heat comments, it is still better than South La humidity. If you walk from a tailgate into Tiger Stadium, you can do the Stadium Walk from Mandalay Bay.

Yeah we’re walking distance too - Mandalay Bay. I figure we’ll just hang around the resort, drink all day, talk to every fellow LSU fan we see, then walk to Allegiant. The Saturday and Sunday will essentially be like tailgating the way I figure it.

You’ll be in Vegas. There’s no reason to sit in a parking lot.

Nothing Ike sitting under a tent on asphalt with 122 degrees tailgating.
Sounds like a blast.
