When can we reasonably expect Shores to return

Not this year at all. Maybe next year if he doesn’t go pro like Grant Taylor.

Well Jay said that Noot is on schedule pitch in April and that Shores was 2 months behind him, so that's June at the earliest. But in saying that, I would imagine that by June we will have figured out the rotation and guys will have settled into their roles. I would hope that we wouldn't have to rush him back to fill a spot. That wouldn't be a good sign.

That being said, I don't think we see him this year.

I doubt JJ wants Shores’ first innings back to be in a postseason situation

Next season . It’s seems pretty clear and I don’t understand all this debate. He should be able to participate in the fall this year.

He was throwing in the bullpen before Saturdays game

Moffett may be able to help us as he fine tunes his command. He can get up there around 100 too.
