When he struck out last weekend it wasn’t a knock on him, it was wild he was put in that situation. Last night he came through.

No I would still probably think that just based on the fact that he only had 5 AB’s on the season.
I suppose I should instead say it’s either wild to have put him in that situation or it’s wild that he hasn’t been used more this year.

Yes my take of “I’d rather not take out your leading SEC hitter and replace him with a guy the has 5 AB’s on the year” is very embarrassing.
